Niloofar Rouhani has
over Ten years of professional experience in the field
of facilitation, management and research in the US and
the UAE. She graduated in 1992 from the University of
Arizona, USA. Immediately after her graduation, she
started research and was an assistant to Professor L.L.
Miller at the University of Arizona, USA. She now holds
a MA in Education from the Deakin University in
Melbourne, Australia. |

As an American citizen,
Niloofar has been exposed to various cultures and this
has taught her how to celebrate diversities and coach
and train individuals working together in multicultural
environments such as Dubai. She has trained hundreds of
individuals in the field of time management, leadership
skills, motivation and many other related fields for the
aviation industry, IT industry, FMCG and government and
semi-government sectors. She designs, customizes and
delivers these workshops for the specific needs and
desired results of organizations. Her clients have
included the Dubai Civil Aviation, IBM, Shell Oman,
Glaxo SmithKline, Chalhoub Group, Dubai World Trade
Center, Dubai Duty Free just to name a few.
Niloofar is tri-lingual with
fluency in written and spoken Arabic, English & Farsi.
With this fluency in languages, she has been able to do
vast research that included work in the Nationalization
projects and the Arabization project for business
consultancy firms. |
