Employee Assessment

Sikologia Employee Assessment consists of the following dimensions: I.Q., Leadership skills , Job Interest and Personality, etc. The assessment takes approximately 3 to 4 working days for the complete analysis, including a report (Arabic or English) to be completed and delivered from the initial assessment and interview.

Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

MBTI is a self assessment questionnaire which takes about 1 hour to complete. It offers comprehensive profiles of the 16-personality type throughout life and at work place. There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. MBTI helps you answer questions concerning your life and work such as ‘who do you want to work with ?’, ‘what do you like ?’, ‘what type of work setting is best for you ?’, ‘how can you get along better with colleagues ?’ etc. MBTI is a helpful tool to enlarge and deepen your self knowledge and understanding of your behavior. It can be of real benefit in making informed life choices and in relationship building.

Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI)

A comprehensive assessment tool, ECI is a multi rater 360 degree feedback instrument that provides self, manager, direct report and peer perspectives on a series of research validated behaviors that profile Emotional Intelligence. The ECI consists of four dimensions: (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social skills). Executive coaches can use the ECI as an awareness tool for assessment and development, giving individuals precise, focused guidance on their emotional strengths in the workplace and their priorities for improvement. Organizational development professionals can use the ECI as a group diagnostic for teams, departments, or business units, providing an in-depth audit of the emotional strengths and development opportunities of an entire organization. The assessment takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks for the complete analysis and a report.

Since the year 2000, Sikologia Consultancy has also been providing consultancy services on running and managing awards. Emirates Business Women Award is an economic award with two categories namely: professional and business owner.
