Q. What type of psychometric assessments does Sikologia Consultancy provide?
A. There are 3 different types of assessments. First there is the Sikologia Employee Assessment which is mainly taken by potential employees of companies. It evaluates the following : I.Q. ( intelligence test), job interest, leadership skills, and personality. Second there is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which is for promotions in managerial and leadership positions. Third is the Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI), which is an assessment for the development of the whole organization /company.

Q. How long does it take to complete an assessment?
A. It takes approximately an hour and a half to complete the Sikologia Employee Assessment; it takes half an hour to 45 minutes to complete the MBTI assessment; the ECI is an on-line assessment that takes about 45 minutes to complete.

Q. What is the procedure for having assessments done?
A. Arrangements are made with the HR manager of the company who must inform the candidates of appointments and the type of assessment being done. The assessments are taken at the Sikologia Consultancy office. The day following the assessment, an hour to an hour and a half-long interview with Dr. Nadia Buhannad takes place at our office. Two to three days after the interview, a report is ready.

Q. What kind of training and workshops are provided?
A. Training and workshops are provided in both Arabic and/or English. Most of the workshops are tailor-made according to the needs of the employees in the company. Training, discussions, and exercises are given in areas such as leadership skills, teamwork skills, communication skills, motivation…etc. Separate workshops can be arranged for men and women.

Q. Is Dr. Nadia Buhannad a psychiatrist?
A. No, Dr. Nadia Buhannad is a psychologist who specializes in educational psychology. She provides consulting not counseling on many issues using a behavioral and cognitive approach in communication with clients. She is accredited to use the Emotional Competence Inventory (Emotional Intelligence) and qualified to use the MBTI (Personality Assessment). Dr. Nadia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at U.A.E University.
